The COVID-19 pandemic is impacting everyone from our families, to our businesses and it's imperative that we take care of each other and our clients as this pandemic is playing a significant role in our current lives.
We at Sharon Ball Properties, will continue to operate at full capacity, mostly by doing so online, which enables us to operate more efficiently, still ensuring that you get the best service all round.
The COVID-19 is a national disaster and will do our utmost to make our clients feel safe during all interactions, to help manage the spread.
Please however note the following which comes into immediate affect:
We will no longer be having showhouses on a Sunday and will reevaluate this decision towards the end of the month
Should any TENANT not want individuals in their home, at a request for a viewing, as they are self-isolating, please let our offices know with immediate effect. However, please note that we will take every precaution necessary to make sure you feel at ease in your own home during such viewings.
Only urgent maintenance work will be completed during this difficult time and we will re asses this decision on a bi-weekly basis.
Any tenants who come into the office to pay their levies directly and feel unsafe to do so, please contact our offices and we will make alternative arrangements.
From today, please contact the agents directly on the cellphones should you have any queries, see numbers below.
I'm sure we are all concerned about this worldwide situation and the possibility of this spreading but we are doing our best to play our part in managing our clients concerns. We are focused on providing an excellent service while maintaining a safe environment for all.
